Project management Kick off

From the joint kick-off...

At the start of the project, all project participants will be invited to a kick-off workshop in order to define the goals together with you and determine key milestones – such as the implementation phase, go-live, releases and training. Based on this, a rough plan will be drafted as the basis for the set of specifications.

... Until the go-live

At the end of the project, the final tested product will be handed over to you. We will continue to support your change management team with targeted training to ensure that your employees can use the solution quickly and reliably in their everyday work. We then transfer all relevant information to our service desk to ensure continued smooth operation and high-quality service after the go-live.
