Launch of Swiss Post Digital Government AG

Swiss Post is merging its companies Groupe T2i Suisse SA and Dialog Verwaltungs-Data AG under the name “Swiss Post Digital Government AG” with effect from 1 April 2026. The aim is to achieve a more uniform market presence, joint synergies and a stronger position in the public sector. The company is pooling its strengths for the launch of their new ERP platform.

Merger and strategic alignment

The merger will create a company with around 200 employees. It will continue to be represented in Siders (VS), Renens (VD) and Baldegg (LU); Bern will become the headquarters. Swiss Post Digital Government AG develops, implements and operates software solutions for cantonal and municipal administrations in German-speaking and Western Switzerland. Thanks to the business combination, customers will benefit from an expanded product and service portfolio that consolidates the strengths of both companies. Along with the go-live on 1 April 2026, the previous company websites have been integrated into the new Swiss Post Digital website.
