Digital delivery
Companies and public authorities deliver their mail digitally – via a web platform or interface. The recipient’s postal address is sufficient for this.

Swiss Post takes care of everything else: checking, sorting, delivery. Every consignment is legally secure and has a seal.
 
Hybrid delivery
Recipients receive their mail digitally in the Post-App or physically in their letter box, as they prefer. If a digital delivery has been made, Swiss Post will give immediate notification by push message or e-mail.
